Shipping & Returns


When are orders shipped or delivered? 

Generally orders are shipped within 24-48 hours withinin the Contintental US.  We do not ship Internationally, including Canada.  Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority with delievery confirmation.  All items on the website are in stock unless noted that currently it is out of stock. Certain items can be special order items such as Sally Spicer Diaper Bags, These special order items can take 4-6 weeks to get in, but it is worth the wait!

***Please note due to the high increase in gas and shipping, Free delivery/shipping for local customers is now for orders of $50 or more.  Please understand as a small business and WAHM I had to make this necessary to keep costs down.  You will still get the same great customer service as you did previously.  Thank you for your understanding.****

If you are picking up your order you will NOT be charged shipping. I will update your receipt before you pick up.

Returns/Exchanges

Items must not have been worn, washed, all tags attached, and in original packaging. Please note that nursing pads and other feminine hygienic items must be in originally sealed packaging in order to return them.

All exchanges must be approved prior to being returned.  Please email or call us before sending items back.  We will not be able to make an exchange with out prior notification.

Please note that we can process returns, refunds, or issue store credit only for items purchased from BabysBottomLine.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition.  Customer is responsible for return postage.  Once an item has been returned and determined to be in sellable (not washed or worn) condition, payment will be refunded in the amount of store credit for amount of purchase minus the cost of shipping and 15% restocking fee.  If doing a straight across exchange (item for same item) no restocking fee will be issued.

Orders that have been processed, pulled, and packaged and then cancelled before mailing out will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note: All sale, special order, and clearance items are final.  No refund, store credit,  or exchanges can be given on these items.
