Privacy
Baby's Bottom Line does not share your personal information with anyone. Any information collected is used for shipping purposes or to contact you regarding your purchased products, or coupons.
We do not include a packing slips in our parcels. You will receive an email notice with your invoice, please be sure we have the correct email address on your order. Previous orders can be viewed by logging into our system and clickling on order tracking in the bottom left hand corner. If your purchase is a gift being shipped directly to the person let us know and we can include a gift receipt for them.

We attempt to give you the best possible prices available for the items we offer. Should you find the same item at another Canadian store email us at info
and we will attempt to match the competitors price.

Use of Coupons
Only one coupon can be applied per order and must be entered at checkout. Coupons can only be used on regularly priced merchandise. To receive updates and coupons please join our mailing list.
Product Availability
Items listed on our website are in-stock items unless otherwise labeled. Most custom order items are shipped to us within 2-3 weeks of being ordered, however some specialty items may take several weeks. Some custom products will ship to you directly. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We try to run our business on an instock basis but sometimes an item will be sold out. We will contact you about your order if a product has been sold out to discuss special ordering for you or refunding the cost.
Returns/Exchanges
Please use our automated return system located in the "shopping cart" section on the right hand corner of your screen. Returns are accepted on items in their original packaging that have not been opened, used or washed. All returns are given store credit for future purchases, we do not offer refunds unless a product is defective. Most defective items are returned directly to the manufacturer, contact us if you think you have a defective product and we will give you their contact information. Once a product has been shipped a restocking fee of 5% will be charged for all returns. Shipping is non-refundable. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for items in their original packaging that have not been opened, washed or used. Store Credit for items can be issued only when the item has been returned to us. All sale items, cloth diapers and all feminine products are final sale.

We ship through Canada Post to both Canada and the United States. Please contact us if you would like to place an order and are from an international country and we will advise you of the shipping costs.
We charge $5 flat rate shipping via Canada Post Expedited Shipping and USPS.
A tracking number will be added to your order once it has shipped. You can review your orders by going into the orders history screen. Insurance of up to $100 is included with Canada Post shipping costs. If your purchase is of greater value than $100 a signature will be required on your package. Should you wish to waive the signature and request the package be left for you please let us know.
All US orders will ship from Niagara Falls, NY via USPS. If you would like insurance added to your USPS shipping please let us know.
Picking Up Orders
Orders for local pick-up are to be picked up within 30 days of placing the order. Any orders not picked up after 30 days will be refunded less the 5% restocking fee.
